Η εφαρμογή «φλαπ φλαπ με τα picou picou» (στο εξής «η εφαρμογή»), διανέμεται δωρεάν από το play store της Google (στο εξής «play store») και κατά αποκλειστικότητα. Για λόγους ασφαλείας, αν προμηθευτήκατε την εφαρμογή από οποιαδήποτε άλλη πηγή, συμφωνείτε ότι θα την αφαιρέσετε από την συσκευή σας και να την προμηθευτείτε από το play store. Υπάρχει κίνδυνος κακόβουλου λογισμικού αν προμηθευτείτε την εφαρμογή από άλλες μη εξουσιοδοτημένες από εμάς πηγές.
Συμφωνείτε ότι αποδέχεστε την εφαρμογή «ως έχει» και ότι η ομάδα των picou picou, δεν φέρει καμία απολύτως ευθύνη για το πως θα χρησιμοποιήσετε την εφαρμογή, καθώς και για τυχόν ζημιές, υλικές και μη που μπορεί να προκληθούν από την χρήση της σε εσάς, στις συσκευές σας ή σε τρίτους. Κατά συνέπεια συμφωνείτε και αποδέχεστε ότι ομάδα των picou picou δεν αναγνωρίζει και δεν αξιώνει κανενός είδους αποζημιώνεις είτε σε σας, είτε σε τρίτους ανεξαιρέτως ορθής ή μη χρήσης.
Αποδέχεστε πως η εφαρμογή θα προβάλει διαφημιστικά μηνύματα, ελεγμένα και πιστοποιημένα για την ασφάλειά τους από την Google.
Συμφωνείτε πως είναι καθαρά στην κρίση σας, για το αν θα έχετε στην εφαρμογή ενεργοποιημένο το γονικό κλείδωμα.
Συμφωνείτε πως είναι καθαρά στην κρίση σας για το αν θα ακολουθήσετε τις συμβουλές ορθής χρήσης της εφαρμογής, σύμφωνα με την Αμερικάνικη Παιδιατρική Ακαδημία σχετικά με την επαφή με οθόνες, η οποία θα πρέπει να είναι:
Α) Στα παιδιά 18+ μηνών, ολιγόλεπτη απασχόληση με επίβλεψη γονέα ή κηδεμόνα.
Β) Στα νήπια 2-5 ετών, όχι πάνω από μία ώρα ημερησίως.

Η ομάδα των picou picou, μπορεί ανά πάσα στιγμή να διακόψει τη διάθεση δικαιωμάτων χρήσης, να αλλάξει τον επιτρεπόμενο χρόνο διάθεσης δικαιωμάτων χρήσης. Η ομάδα των picou picou έχει δικαίωμα να αλλάξει ανά πάσα στιγμή τους όρους χρήσης, οφείλοντας να ενημερώσει άμεσα τον τελικό χρήστη.

For security reasons, if the supplier of this app is other than play store, you agree to uninstall immediately the game and re-download it from play store. Downloading the game from not authorized sources, might be exposed into malware risks.
You agree and accept the game "as it is" and that the picou picou team, is no responsible and gives no warranty of any kind, written or implied about: a) how to use the game, b) any damage, of material nature or of any other nature, that may be cause to you or others as a result of using/playing the game. Consequentially, you understand, agree and accept that the picou picou team shall not be liable to you for damages, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any character arising as a result of of using/playing the game and without matter if of those damaged of proper or improper usage of the game.
You agree that the game will show ads certified for their security by Google or any other ad provider that might be involved.
You agree that is your responsibility to enable any parental lock to the game and your device, if there is any.
You agree that is your responsibility and up to your judgement to consider if you will follow the proper use suggestions of American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP.org) about exposing minor to screeens:
A) Minor up to 18+ months old, few minutes per day under parent or guardian supervisor.
B) Minor up to 2 - 5 years old, not more one an hour per day.
You agree, accept and understand that your absolute and sore responsibility to decide if you supervise the minor while using/playing the game.
You agree that the game it's copyrights are belong exclusively to picou picou team, which provides through this license the right to use/play the game for free and for unlimited time. The picou picou team has the right to stop anytime the right to use/play the game. The picou picou team has the right to change anytime the terms of use, noticing the end user about any change, as soon as possible .
